Whitestone Group is a boutique developer that develop, hold and project manage social infrastructure developments.
Our portfolio consists of $66m+ in assets that include Childcare Centres, Medical Centres and Disability Accommodation.We have been able to conservative grow our portfolio by partnering with like-minded investors who share the development profits.
In addition to our developments, we offer project management services to likeminded developers seeking to maximise their return.
Whitestone Group was founded by Julian Carlo-Stella in 2018 after several years in enhancing in his skills with boutique developers and ASX listed construction firms.
In 2014 Julian graduated from a Bachelor of Construction Project Management with first class honours and the university medal at UTS.
Beyond Whitestone Julian has a passion for endurance sports, dedicating every other hour to swimming, cycling and running. His next major event is the Cairns Ironman in 2024.
